Benefit events can take many forms from car washes and bake sales to golf tournaments and wine tastings.
If your interested in planning an event to benefit Lee Carlson Center™ we’re here to help you.
Here are some guidelines:
Please give us 3-4 weeks notice, to allow us time to review the event and help you with logos and possibly even volunteers.
Event expenses should be less than 30% of the total amount raised, excluding in-kind donations.
Donors must be notified of the percentage of money raised by your event that was donated to Lee Carlson Center™.
Lee Carlson Center’s sales tax-exemption (on purchase) cannot be extended to any event or fundraising effort.
Within 30 days after the last day of the event, please send a check made payable to Lee Carlson Center™ to:

What we can do for you:
Offer event planning expertise and advise.
Acknowledge direct contributions to Lee Carlson Center.
Approve use of our name and logo.
Provide a letter of support to be used to validate the authenticity of the event and its organizers.
Provide materials like brochures, videos, signage.
