For women who are survivors of sexual assault or abuse
Our Sexual Assault Survivors Group is available to women (18 and older) who have experienced a sexual assault or sexual abuse.
The group therapist is a licensed mental health professional, who ensures a safe, confidential setting, where participants can focus on recovery and healing.
Group members welcome the connection with other survivors and learn about coping techniques and self-care.
The program meets for 12 weeks on Thursday evenings from 6-8 pm at the Anoka County Human Services Building in Blaine.
Insurance is accepted as well as sliding fee scale for those without insurance.
To learn more or to schedule an intake, contact Judith Zimmerman, Licensed Marriage & Family Counselor at 763-780-3036.
